This Agreement will be construed and enforced according to the laws of the State of Israel exclusively, and the courts of the State of Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising hereunder. The Client hereby irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of the State of Israel and expressly waives the application of any other law.  

6. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

Mimi Oppenheimer-Melman may change this agreement on occasion. Changes will be posted on this page.
